The Department of Membership Services is a department of the association's Secretariat. The main responsibilities are: membership management, including registration, deregistration, membership certification annual review and fees collection; coordination, supervision and management of various branches of the association; conducting professional trainings for member institutions, coordinating President, Managing Director and Director meetings; organizing the selection and award ceremonies of the association’s annual outstanding member institutions and individuals; and administrating the Educational Equipment Endowment Fund of China's Next Generation Education Foundation.
